Any attribute described below is optional. 

Default priority

Set the default priority for any newly created story. Swtich to Settings page in Project view and enter the number.

Prioritization by value

Prioritization data are entered in detail of the story.

ScrumDesk helps to product owner to calculate priority of the story based on:

  • positive business value,
  • negative business value,
  • risk
  • and dependency factor

Calculated value can be easy transferred to Importance field.

Priority is calculated based on expression:

We support Kano satisfaction model too.

Main goal of the developed version is to support prioritization better way.

Chart Risk vs. Value displays distribution of stories by risk and positive value of the story.

Order, in which you should develop your stories, can be easy recognized by the position in four sector.

Acceptance criteria

The missing part describing the story has been acceptance criteria. Now you can enter it to text box in story's detail window.

Tasks order changed by keyboard

Use Alt+Arrow Up, Alt+Arrow Down to change the order of the selected task.  Use Arrows, Home, End to navigate in tasks list.

Other significant changes

  1. Stories and tasks are not physically deleted. 
  2. Question if you are re-assigning the story to other team member
  3. UI enhancements - for example text is selected on focus
  4. Color of the story card can be changed in detail window - click on colored rectangle in header
  5. [Bug] Wrong question when completing the task - story points instead of hours displayed
  6. [Bug] New tasks were automatically assigned to wrong team member
  7. [Bug] 0.5 effort for some language settings can't be use
