Scrum is recently getting more and more popular as an efficient way of agile project management helping to achieve the results with higher speed, quality and satisfaction of everybody involved.

On the other side, leading Scrum project requires usage of techniques different from traditional project management methods.

Seminar will uncover the fundamentals of Scrum project management method in form of hands on lab. Participants will be involved into the process simulating real project in different stages.  

Participants will learn:

• Product requirements and release management

• Learn agile estimating and planning

• Progress tracking

• Retrospective as a way to enhance the product’s quality and team’s satisfaction
