ScrumDesk provides to team possibility to have direct access to files. It is possible to share just a location or to store files into ScrumDesk database.
Keeping files in ScrumDesk database allows the team to access & modify them even the team is distributed.
Files can be attached to these artifacts:
All files are displayed as thumbnails to easy recognize them. Files can be opened or edited by double-click. A default editor will be opened according to a file type.
File is possible to download from the database and save it to a local drive.
ScrumDesk integrates capturing of the screen. It is possible to capture and immediately attach a screenshot to a story or to any type of artifacts mentioned above.
Captured area is covered by light green layer. Moving this layer user can choose an area to be captured. The size of the area can be changed dragging of layer corners.
Selected area of the screen will be captured by press of Capture button and immediately attached to artifact.
