LiveChatoo service, that we started to use in November 2011, brought clients almost to our doors. Well not physically, but virtually it is face to face.
Such close feedback helps us to prioritize backlogs very efficiently. Exactly as it should be once developing product in agile environment.
Few hundred support cases finished in 94% satisfaction. That is huge motivator of us.
Still space for improvements, but thank you for evaluating our service.
