About the course

A product is born from questions, but comes alive with parental care.

Product Owner is one of the most demanded roles. This key role isn’t only there to ensure the success of an agile team, but most importantly to ensure the success of the product and the company.

Do you want to know how to lead product development using agile processes and include the user into the development from the start?

Learn to describe a new product from vision through strategy, techniques for feature prioritization and effect of risk on priority.

Besides working in a team, we’ll look at how to develop a product as a part of a bigger product portfolio. We’ll introduce techniques that help Product Owners coordinate when creating multiple products in a portfolio.

This course builds on the Certified Product Owner course and adds more practical experiences from product development shown in various simulations.
